1. Service Provider

buy-it.gr Services ("the Service") is operated by:

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

buy-it.gr Services provides domain registration, web hosting plans, and streaming server license keys on a subscription basis. Services are billed yearly (domains, hosting) or monthly (streaming licenses).

3. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Accounts are managed via Clerk (clerk.com). See Clerk's Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host, stream, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or defraud any person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Billing, Subscriptions and Refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
• Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to info@buy-it.gr within 14 days of purchase.
• Creem.io is the merchant of record for all transactions. Your payment, receipt, and billing relationship is with Creem.io. By making a payment you also agree to Creem.io's Terms of Service.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through the Creem.io customer portal (link in your purchase confirmation email) or by contacting info@buy-it.gr.

6. Streaming License Keys

• Streaming licenses are valid only while your subscription is active.
• You must register the IP address of the server using the license. The Service validates license keys and registered IPs on request.
• License keys may not be shared, resold, or used on multiple servers without express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyIT G.P. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Greece. EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
